Acquisition of LiveAir Assets

South Central Tower Co, LLC. dba SCT Broadband, is proud to announce its recent acquisition of LiveAir's Network Assets. This includes all fiber and fixed-wireless assets. SCT Broadband has already begun the process of upgrading the existing infrastructure. LiveAir customers will recieve a notification from SCT Broadband about the the Asset purchase and change in billing information. With over 75 years of combined Fiber and RF experience, we are excited to expand not only the network, but the offerings to our customers as well. We are planning for a TV offering to all of our fiber customers within the next few months. We are also planning on a fixed-wireless network overhaul and expansion of our existing fiber footprint.
